Jake Bland is a Solicitor in our Insurance Litigation team, advising clients on a range of personal injury and insurance-related disputes.
Known for his pragmatic approach, attention to detail and commitment to delivering clear, commercially focused advice tailored to his clients’ objectives, Jake draws on extensive experience gained across both claimant and defendant personal injury matters to provide practical guidance that reflects the unique circumstances of each case and supports clients in achieving the best possible outcome.
Throughout his career, he has developed a broad understanding of the litigation process and the challenges associated with complex claims. He prides himself on building strong client relationships and delivering a responsive, high-quality service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout every stage of their matter.

Jake has over five years of experience within personal injury litigation, joining the firm in 2021 as a Legal Assistant before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2026.
During this time, he gained extensive experience handling personal injury claims and supporting clients through the claims process. He successfully managed and settled a significant number of claims, including higher-value matters progressing through the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Portal, developing strong technical expertise and a thorough understanding of personal injury litigation.
He also gained valuable experience supporting the handling of a high volume of personal injury matters and new referrals, working closely with colleagues to ensure claims were progressed efficiently and clients received a high standard of service.
He completed his Training Contract with the firm, undertaking seats in both Claimant Personal Injury and Defendant Personal Injury. This provided valuable insight into personal injury litigation from multiple perspectives and helped develop his understanding of claims management, litigation strategy and client service. Drawing on this breadth of experience, he delivers practical and commercially focused solutions that help clients navigate complex disputes effectively.
